The collaboration with Granada is part of an aggressive expansion strategy for XTOUCH in Europe with the Spanish enclave the starting point for this plan
GITEX (Gulf Information Technology Exhibition) provided the ideal backdrop for the signature signing of a protocol of collaboration between XTOUCH and Town Hall of Granada, to use the brand name of Granada for a Limited Edition of the new X4, the first LTE device of the company. In addition, XTOUCH has embarked on an expansion strategy in the European market with the starting point of Granada.
XTOUCH, a leading consumer electronic brand, led by Mr. Bruce Chen, the CEO of XTOUCH, Mr. Jack Lee, the President of XTOUCH, and Mr. Miguel Vazquez, head of the brand XTOUCH in Europe, had an encounter with featured celebrities, the Mayor of Granada, Hon. Mr. José Torres Hurtado, Councilor for Economy and Finance Hon. Mr. Ruyman Francisco Ledesma and representatives of the Spanish Embassy in Abu Dhabi. A signature held between XTOUCH and Town Hall of Granada, Hussain Nasser Lootah, Dubai City’s Director General Eng, also was invited to attend this ceremony.

A series of XTOUCH products were exhibited at this show, including its latest mobile technology and “wearable devices”, highlighting the presentation of an exclusive Limited Edition for X4, the first 4G smart phone, it featured 5.5″inch, full HD resolution screen (1080X1920 pixels) and the latest Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
The new line of XTOUCH products designed specifically for children were also exhibited at GITEX. Most notably, functions and applications of new tablets and smart watches were tailored for kids. The new Kid Watch, equipped with GPS, offers the exact location of the child in real time. Besides, SOS button activates in emergent situation and automatically sends an alarm reminder.
XTOUCH begins its expansion into Europe with an aggressive growth plans for Spain and aims to be a popular brand in Europe. This new brand was born in Dubai in 2012, and is well known in MEA for offering high-end handsets at very competitive prices.
