Why can’t I connect to the Internet using my xtouch phone?

First make sure the network signal is good and that the Internet settings of your phone are properly configured.

If you still can’t connect, follow the instructions below

Go to “Settings”
Under “Wireless Networks”
Click “More”
Than Click “Mobile Networks”
Than Click “Access Point Names”
Click on you Network e.g. Vodacom
Than add a New APN

APN Settings: Vodacom Tz
Name: Vodacom

Click on “Return” key
It will ask if you want to “Save” the settings

Note: Save the settings and than restart your mobile
